| Hi, everyone, Long time to see you. ^ ^ We have known each other through this forum and I am really delightful to have discussion with you guys here on the topics. Hopefully I did a lot of hard works but it seemed that just few people joined with me. I was very depressed and intended to quit. Finally, I find that it was not a good way, instead of running away, why don’t I “keep moving”? In real life, when we go to work, we do our business, we create a product, we organize a game or a program, and we make a speech…. We need some one or a lot of people who can give you feedback or assessment. Yes, we really need. So, why do we need the others’ feedback? What is the role of feedback and participation? |

| In my opinion, there are 2 aspects: the organizers' and the participators’. The one who creates something, makes a new product or organizes a program really wants some body that joins or uses his product to give feedback and advice, just like me. When I post a new topic, I just want feedback from the others to know how my "product" affects the others' interest. Moreover, I could figure out what is my weak point and strong point. In business, there is a business man providing a new product like a new stylish car, a new package tour, a new kind of food . . . and there are customers who want to try it. In this case, I can consider this relationship as cooperation in which the benefits falls into both two sides. The customers play the important role of consuming the product meeting their demands, which tells the business man that his product is very good, fashionable, useful, friendly and convenient. They also help the business man what he needs to improve the product. Furthermore, they make his product become widespread over the region. What about the producer or the business man? Beside the financial benefits he gets from the product, the brand name and the pride of his own product are also concerned. He works, designs, figures out the marketing strategy, advertises, sells the products and gets benefits. That’s his hard works. That‘s his pride. That’s him. What about us? We think of the topics, we discuss, we study, we make friends and we are friends. I myself really want to join in the discussion sharing my knowledge and learning from the other experience, but it seems that I can’t. |
